I hate to sweat!

I am by nature an up-tight person. And, I really don't like to exercize. Mostly because I am loathe to sweat. Happy I found a great solution-water-aerobics! I feel great during and after my session. I contribute it to lack of sweating. Well, I probably am, but, in the water I don't notice it. It's the only stress-release I like.
