I X out stress by belly-dancing. It is so much fun and it is physical so I am able to release all the tension in my body and the music refreshes my soul. Even my boys will shimmy if they need to take a break - can't beat a little wiggle to X out stress
Dancing is the way I work out the frustrations of my day
